Approach

Building collaborative relationships with two-way, ongoing feedback provides the cornerstone for all leadership initiatives at BCI. We focus on discovering and leveraging the internal resources and competencies that exist within the individual and organization, from the initial contact through to coaching solution.

Discovery

In a rigorous discovery process, we will explore the personal, organizational or team goals with the client and together determine the depth of assessment and level of intervention and metrics required for success.

Implementation

BCI Leadership then brings specific, state-of-the-art tools and approaches to effectively address the issues. Our focus and energy is directed at encouraging transformational solutions within individuals, teams and organizations. We also believe that these shifts must be actively supported until they become truly sustainable.

Evaluation

Once the client implements and supports these solutions, the client and BCI coaches together evaluate the process and the outcome. At this time, the engagement will come to a close or we will discuss re-contracting to pursue newly identified goals. At BCI our success is determined by the depth and quality of our ongoing relationships and is predicated on consistently delivering results.
