I had the good fortune of being introduced to Allan at a time when I was in transition from one company to another. As the saying goes…timing is everything. Acclimating into a new company is never easy, particularly at a senior level. One of the biggest hurdles I faced stemmed from the deeply imbedded company culture at the new company being unlike anything I had ever experienced in my career. I met Allan and was instantly put at ease and felt comfortable confiding in him about the challenges I was facing. It was very beneficial to have an objective third party listen to my concerns.
Allan acted as a sounding board and confidante for me and professionally, yet personally, was able to assist me in reframing situations to see things in ways I may not have considered on my own. I looked forward to our meetings and truly believe that without him I may not have had as successful a transition. I felt so strongly about the impact Allan had on my success that I recommended his services for employees who had issues that became evident through a 360 feedback process. Allan successfully worked with the employees to help them address the gap areas identified through the survey. These employees have commented on Allan’s intuition, professionalism and ability to relate to people on their level, regardless of position or title. Allan “gets it.”
